1) Pour 40gms water and let it bloom to 30seconds.
2) Pour 80gms of water.
3) At 55secs, pour 40gms of water.
4) At 1:20mins, pour 40gms of water.
5) At 1:50mins, pour 30gms of water and let it fully drained. Ideally, the end brew time should be between 2:30mins – 3:00mins depending on coffee.
