Launching of
Sharing Platters


There is something about literally sharing a meal with those close to us—as a nation, we’re united by our love for the delightful variety of food we have around us every day, and we have an astonishing generosity in sharing not just food but stories, recipes, locations of where “the best” something is.

At Wizards, we’ve created three lovely sharing platters in the same spirit:

There is the Meat Platter, which is a carnivore’s delight: Succulent braised beef short ribs flanked my delicious slices of smoked duck, lamb koftas, a lamb rack, and spicy smoked chicken wings, balanced with cheesy tortillas, potato wedges, grilled zucchini, eggplant, capsicum, green chili, salad and sautéed mushrooms to complement and bring out the flavours of the different meats.

There’s also the Seafood Platter with tender grilled salmon skewers, herb-crusted scallops with guacamole, sweet tiger prawns, battered garoupa, and a delightfully rich curry of clams and mussels, all served with homemade bao, potato wedges, grilled zucchini, eggplant, capsicum, green chili, salad and sauté mushrooms.

Whether you order them separately or together, both platters match perfectly with a third: our in-house Petit Four Dessert Platter has raspberry and lychee macarons, mini matcha strawberry tart, praline mousse with hazelnut dacquoise, mini exotic mousse, mini tiramisu cups, all surrounding a delicious mini pandan burnt cheesecake.
